Custom Embroidery:
* All items to be embroidered MUST be purchased from Embroidery & More.
* All custom embroidery orders must be paid for in advance.
* We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our custom embroidery orders.
* All returns must be shipped within 7 days with the reason for returning the product(s)
* All returns must be in the original package and include a copy of the original invoice.
* Any custom embroidery items returned, must be in original condition.
(NOT Worn or Washed.)
* Personalized items are NOT returnable, unless WE made an error.
* Any Non-personalized item returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee unless Embroidery & More made the error.
* For returns due to "spelling error"; e-mail or call Embroidery & More for instructions on how to return the item(s)

Gift Baskets:
Products that are not useable due to manufactuer's defects will be replaced when the mercandise is returned to Embroidery & More.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Products that have been misused will not be replaced.
When making replacement selections, please provide desired product numbers and consult the Return Policy for Defective Products form that wil be included in your order.
Damaged merchandise, i.e. broken ceramics, is replaced or credited at our discretion.
Seasonal merchandise and "Made to Order" gift baskets are not subject to return.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us with 48 hours of receipt.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please call or e-mail us for further instructions if you need to return merchandise.
Liability Policy: Your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right for incidental or consequential damages.
