This page is for frequently asked questions. And, some information we know, but someone else may not think to ask.

What is the largest t-shirt/sweat-shirt you carry? TOP
We can get up to a 5X T-shirts in grey and white. However, 4X & 5X's are very hard to get. They are considerable more expensive than Smalls - XL's and take additional shipping time. In sweatshirts, and hoodies, we can only get 4XL and 5XL in white. We use broder brothers for our suppliers. You can link to them from our website to see what exactly they have.

How do I wash my new t-shirt/sweatshirt? TOP
ALWAYS turn your t-shirt/sweatshirt INSIDE OUT to wash. This will help protect your transfer. Also, wash in warm water with like colors.

What name brands do you carry? TOP
We use Broder Brothers for most of our clothing. You can link to them from our website. They are wholesale only, so you will not be able to buy directly from them. However, you can choose what you want (brand, color, sizes etc) and tell us what you want embroidered or what heat transfer you want on your clothing.

What Children's name brands do you carry? TOP
At the present time, we carry Carter's, & Faded Glory, Hanes, Gildan, Jerzees and Rabbit Skins. Carter's and Faded Glory have already been detailed and we sell them already made. We buy Hanes, Gildan, Jerzees and Rabbit Skins as "blanks" and those are the ones we use for custom orders. We are also starting our own line of infants and children's handmade clothing.

Can I buy JUST a heat transfer from you? TOP
No. We use professional heat transfers that have to be applied with a commercial heat press. Household irons do NOT get how enough. We use ProWorld Inc for our heat transfer supplier. They have over 5,000 different designs. However, Since we are a Christian business, we will NOT do vulgar designs or any we deem inappropriate for our business.

I found a heat transfer design I like, how do I know what color t-shirt it will look good on? TOP
All of ProWorld's transfers have "item #'s". That is how we know which design you want. The item # also lets us know whether the transfer can go on Light colors (only), Dark colors (only) or Both. The item # also lets us know what size the transfer is.

I want my own (custom) design. Can you do that? TOP
It Depends. :-) 1. We will NOT do vulgar or offensive designs. 2. If we create the design, at the present time, we can only do light color items. (white, lt grey, pale pinks, pale blues etc.) 3. If we create the design, we can only go up to 8x10.

Can I bring my own shirt from home? TOP
NO. We prefer to supply the shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts etc. 1st. We can control the quality of the finished product. 2nd. This is our business. I heard it stated best this way. "Would you take eggs from home, go to a resturant and ask the chef to cook them for you?" With that said: there are a few times we will make an exception to the above rule. If you have a SPECIAL: outfit, baby blanket, heirloom blanket (etc) we will let you do that. However, we do charge an additional minimal fee.

What do your children's (youth's) items cost almost as much as the adults? TOP
On the same brand name our supplier charges more for children's and youth items than they do for adult items. Rabbit Skins (infant and toddler clothing) is also more expensive than Gildan, Hanes etc. We try to keep the children's prices low, but it isn't always possible.

How do you determine your price for an embroidered item? TOP
We charge by the complexity of the design and the number of stitches (thousands) that are in it. We currently charge approximately $1.50 per thousand stitches. That doesn't always answer the person's question. Let's say you found a design you like on Embroidery Library. (www.emblibrary.com) The information area will tell you how many stitches (thousands) are in the design and how many color changes there are. Let's say there are 10,000 stitches. Multiply $1.50 x 10 (per thousand) and the design would cost APPROXIMATELY $15.00. The above example is a VERY SIMPLISTIC way to determine the cost of an embroidery design. The also is only the cost of the design. There is also the cost of the item to be embroidered upon.

Do you have a dollar minimum? TOP
YES. We have a $5.00 PER JOB minimum.

I needed this done YESTERDAY, will you charge me extra? TOP
YES. The rush fee is based upon how busy we are and how soon do you need the item done. We reserve the right to refuse a job if we can not get it done in time.

I have a SPECIAL design I want you to embroider. Can you do that? TOP
IT DEPENDS. 1. We CAN NOT embroider "licsened designs". 2. If you have a special design and we do NOT have any software close to it, then we would have to charge a "digitizing" fee to reproduce that design. We reserve the right to refuse any job we deem inappropriate or offensive. We also reserve the right to refuse any job we can not digitize.

I just bought a baby blanket and what you to put my grandchild's birth information on it. TOP
We can do that. We have a $5.00 minimum fee. We will program all of the information you give us into the computer. This will tell us howmany stitches are in the "design." Based on the number of stitches and the complexity of the design, I will be able to tell you how much the job will cost before we start working on it.

I am quilting a baby blanket for my grandchild. Can you put his/her name on it. TOP
Yes. However, Please bring us the blanket before it is quilted. It will be MUCH easier for us to embroider and less expensive for you.

What is the largest blanket/quilt you can embroider a name upon. TOP
It Depends. We can embroidery a name on a FINISHED baby blanket/quilt. However, if you want a name embroidered upon a larger quilt; we will need it before it has been quilted. If you could bring us JUST the block that will have the name or other information; that would be perfect.

What is the largest quilt that you can make TOP
At the present time, we are only offering baby Quilts and wall hangings.
